GaugeCalHP Rebuild Kit Instructions

Gland Assembly

1 From the rear of the Gland Housing,

remove the O-ring (

P N 5137), Main

Seal (

P N 5136), Main Seal Backup

Ring (

P N 5159), Inner O-ring (P N

5134), and Backup Ring

(

P N 5133).

2 From the front of the Gland

Housing, inspect the inside diam-

eter of the Bearing to conrm that

it is still within specication:

0.501-0.505" (12.7-12.8 mm)

3 If necessary, remove the Bearing

Retaining Ring and Bearing from

the front of the Gland Housing.

The Bearing Retaining Ring and

Bearing are not included in the

Rebuild kit, but may be ordered by

using part numbers 5132 and 5131.

4 Rebuild the Gland Assembly by in-

stalling the Inner O-ring (

P N 5134),

and Backup Ring (

P N 5133) through

the front of the Gland Housing, fol-

lowed by the Bearing and Bearing

Retaining Ring.

5 Through the back of the Gland

Housing, install the Main Seal

Backup Ring (

P N 5159), Main Seal

(

P N 5136), and O-ring (P N 5137).
